1. How are orders prepared?

All my products are handmade. Once your order is approved, production begins and they are prepared specifically for you.

2. How long is the delivery time?

Products in stock will be shipped within 2-4 business days.
The time for products prepared after ordering is generally 7-14 days. (May vary depending on the collection or special workload.)

3. What are the shipping and delivery options?

Orders within Türkiye are shipped via contracted cargo companies.
For international orders, shipping is provided by reliable cargo companies.

4. How can I be sure about choosing my size?

A detailed size chart is included on each product page.
If you are unsure, you can send me a message and get guidance according to your measurements.

5. How do you choose your fabrics?

My collections use carefully selected, mostly natural and breathable fabrics (linen, cotton, silk, etc.).
Since most of the fabrics are limited edition , the designs remain rare and exclusive.

6. What are Fair and Fashion Show Products?

The designs in the “Fair and Fashion Show Products” category are original pieces exhibited at international fairs and fashion shows we attended to promote the brand's collections.

  • It is a single production. These are pieces that have been studied as models and prepared very carefully.

  • Contains the collection's featured pieces.

  • It has a special category in terms of both its collection value and design originality.

7. Why are there no returns on Fair and Fashion Show Products?

Collection Value & Transparency
Every fashion show and fair product is a showcase piece of the collection.
Since it is on display, it is already offered for sale at a "special price" or "collection cost value".

8. Do you do custom designs?

No. We do not make custom production .
All designs belong to our brand and are included in our collections.
Our customers order by selecting the piece they want from these collections.
Since each product is unique and limited in production, the piece you choose is designed to make you special .

9. How should I store the product I purchased?

Natural fabrics require special care. You can find care instructions in the product descriptions:
Generally, cold hand wash, shade drying, low temperature ironing is recommended.

10. Where can I follow the collections?

We regularly share new collections and developments on the website and also on our Instagram account (@cocopettyclub).

12. Do you have a physical store?

Our store in Antalya will be closing in November 2025 and we will continue to sell only online from now on.
Due to Antalya's climate, a street store wasn't sustainable; we realized that a store inside a shopping mall was more suitable. However, after a year of experience, we decided that fairs and fashion shows offered a much more suitable operating principle for our brand.
We are now concentrating our energy on exhibiting our collections on national and international platforms and selling them online.
